The Process

  • 1: Ordering Your Grillz.

    • First order the grillz and the impression kit online. (Preferably all in one order)
    • If you do order the impression kit separately to the grillz we ask that you make full payment online by ordering the set through our website before sending your kit back
    • please use the same email on all orders.

  • 2: Completing Your Impression.

    • Upon receiving your impression kit, scan the QR code on the back or use the provided link to watch the instructional video.
    • Please complete the tooth selection form and mark the desired tooth/teeth and their respective sides on the diagram provided.
    • Apply the new provided prepaid return label onto box seal up with all impression and post back to us.

  • 3: Creating Your Grillz.

    • We are one of the quickest UK manufacturers of grillz and complete most sets in 5 working days from the Saturday we collect the impressions, however some sets do take slightly longer which will be 10 working days.

    • Most grillz are completed in 5 working days and sent out on fridays so our clients can recieve on saturdays!

    • Once you receive your Grillz simply clip them onto your teeth and you're ready to go with your new smile!

  • Returning Your Impression?

    • Make sure ALL tooth selection form is completed then included return postage label onto the front of the impression kit box where labelled and use tape to make sure box is sealed before postage.
    • Take your impression kit to any Royal Mail post office or delivery office, go to the counter they will scan the label and your kit will be on its way to us!
    • If you want to track to see if your impression has been received by us, make sure to note the 13 digit code barcode either on the front of the return label or the proof of postage receipt from when you posted your kit number example: TL890824795GB

  • Ordering Your Second Set of Grillz From Us?

    • We can reuse your impression, either the mould we will have sent your first order of grillz on or if you sent two good impressions from your previous impression.
    • We do not keep spare good impressions forever so contact us first via Instagram @K9GrillzUK so we can discuss which good impression or mould to use or if we will need to do a complete new impression.
    • If a whole new impression is needed if you have neither of the options above, just order the new grillz and impression kit online via the website.
    • We can provided return postage labels which we can email to you.
    • Pack moulds/impressions well if you are returning using bubble wrap.

  • Want A More Custom Design?

    • We have over 100+ different grillz on the website but have you not managed to find the set you want?
    • Drop us a message on Instagram @K9GrillzUK with your best explanation of the set of grillz you are looking to get and the material you want them to be made of and we will get be to you as quick as possible with a quote.
    • Once we have given you a quote we will ask you to purchase the impression kit online we will then send you a payable link via email to add the custom grillz to your order.
