The majority of grillz we make are from impressions that are completed via our home impressions kits, this is why we have some of the most advanced home impressions kits in the UK that come complete with full video instructions and prepaid return postage labels.

If you have failed your impression kit we will not send out a replacement for free.

If you are unsure if your impression was ok, contact us via our Instagram @K9GrillzUK where we will explain if that impression can be used or weather a new impression will need to be ordered.

A new kit will need to be ordered if:

• Gum line isn't clear where selected teeth are.
• Tray was removed to early and silicon isn't smooth.
• Selected teeth have any defects in impression.

Simply order the impression kit seperatly by Shop By Category > Impressions Kit and select the row of teeth. Then in the same basket add your grillz.

No, we do not have an in-store shop. K9GrillzUK is a postal only company, we use tracked 24 and special delivery shipping to make sure the process is as quick as possible.

We are based at our workshop in Ipswich Suffolk, However we post mould kits anywhere.

Yes, everything that we make is all made in house apart from diamond setting, this is why we can achieve on of the fastest turnaround time in the UK.

To change your delivery address, send us a message on istagram asking to change your address, also include your name, order number and new address.

Yes, however this will cause tarnishing of the metal however this can easily be removed by cleaning the grillz or by getting them repolished.

The best time to purchase your grillz if you purchased the impression kit separately, is when you post the impression kit back to us, just make sure to order the grillz in the same name as the impression kit.

Grillz are caps that go over the teeth. Depending on the shape of tooth, most grillz will just clip on to the tooth however in rare cases a temporary dental adhesive may need to be used.

Yes, at K9 we can cover or fill in almost anything however we do have to work case by case. In order to create your set if you have gaps, chips or missing teeth we may need to do extra caps to make sure your set is secure so please contact us before purchasing via our Instagram @K9GrillzUK so we can work together to come up with the best set for you.

No, permanents can cause massive damage to the mouth and teeth, therefore we do not do permanents.

Grillz can be cleaned easily with just a toothbrush and toothpaste similarly to brush your teeth but we reccomend using a polishing cloth.

Grillz Should be cleaned every time after they are worn to stop a build-up of bacteria which can cause damage to the teeth and gums.

Silver grillz will tarnish more over time as a natural property of the metal, whereas gold will tarnish a lot less, this is mainly sped up with activates like smoking or drinking when wearing grillz.

No, at no time should you ever eat in grillz, this can cause damge to the set of grillz and your teeth.
