When you receive your impression kit it will include a tooth selection form. On this form you can fill in the diagram to mark the exact tooth/teeth you want and which side you want them.

The lower impression kit is simple enough to use especially with the video instructions, I think the upper impression was a better expierence though as the lower one gathered alot of drool but nonetheless it still works it's intended purpose.
