Introducing our advanced impression kit for taking your custom dental impressions. This kit is designed to capture the most accurate impression of your teeth and gums, ensuring we create the highest quality grillz tailored just for you.

What sets our impression kit apart is our superior two-step impression technique. For either top or bottom impressions, our kit includes materials for two attempts, giving you the best chance of achieving a perfect impression.

Remember to complete both impressions and send them back. This allows us to select the best one, guaranteeing the optimal fit and finish for your custom grillz.

When you receive your impression kit it will include a tooth selection form. On this form you can fill in the diagram to mark the exact tooth/teeth you want and which side you want them.

To complete on Tooth Selection Form:

  • Design Diagram
  • Material Selection
  • Any Added Notes
  • Name and Contact
  • Signature
