• To order your impression kit simply add to your basket and checkout via any payment method.
• We reccomend purchasing the grillz and impression kit at the same time however they can be purchased separately.

• Using the impression kit video on this webpage follow all instructions perfectly. Make sure to use a timer!

• When packing your impression kit to send back, we recommend pressing in the collapsible tray to hold the impressions securely, as shown in the video. Alternatively, you can use bubble wrap or paper. Once packed, the impression kit box MUST be taped shut to ensure it stays secure during postage.

• To return your impression kit simply apply the new postage label onto the box where labelled. Now using the link below find your closest royal mail Delivery/Post Offices to drop your impression kit off to.
• For International clients you will have to use your own method to return to us. Use the return address on the postage label, if you have any questions contact us on Instagram @K9GrillzUK.
• (KITS MUST NOT BE SENT VIA POSTBOX)

• To track your impression either use link in the email sent to you or to manually track your item use code on the front of the prepaid return postage label on the royal mail tracking link below.
• If you want to track to see if your impression has been received by us, make sure to note the 13 digit code barcode either on the front of the return label or the proof of postage receipt from when you posted your kit number example: TL890824795GB

If you have failed your impression kit we will not send out a replacement for free.

If you are unsure if your impression was ok, contact us via our Instagram @K9GrillzUK where we will explain if that impression can be used or weather a new impression will need to be ordered.

A new kit will need to be ordered if:

• Gum line isn't clear where selected teeth are.
• Tray was removed to early and silicon isn't smooth.
• Selected teeth have any defects in impression.
