Fitting grillz should be a very simple process where you simply clip the grillz over your teeth and it should stay.

Not all grillz will clip onto the teeth properly due to the natural shape of teeth. follow the steps below to start fitting your grillz:

• Remove your grillz either from the impression or the grillz case.
• Making sure you have the correct side grillz before putting grillz on.
• Carefully place grillz onto the selected tooth and press into the tooth until grillz feel secure.
• If this is not the case for your set of grillz read below. Remember never try and force your grillz onto your teeth,
  if they are to tight contact us!

We always recommend using poligrip or any other dental adhesive to secure your grillz, read below to read more about dental adhesives.

If your grillz aren't staying on your teeth or you just want them to be more secure, we recommend using a semi permanent dental adhesive to hold the grillz on your teeth.

We recommend using either poligrip, Fixodent or any other denture adhesive, these can be found at multiple different stores such as Tesco, boots and amazon for ~£3.

To apply put a tiny amount of denture adhesive in the end of the cap and simply put it onto the tooth/teeth, the cap will now be held in securely until you want to pull it out.

We recommend cleaning your grillz after every time wearing them, however we understand that this is not possible for everyone.

To clean, simply use a soft hair toothbrush and toothpaste for a couple minutes just as if you are
brushing your teeth until the grillz are visibly clean.

Remember that bacteria will build up in your grillz if you don’t clean them so always try to stay on top of it.
